On November 1st 2012 ACS provided the light, sound and projection for the 1,700 participants of the Third National Delta Congress in Ahoy Rotterdam.

ACS built 15 temporary conference halls for the annual gathering of the European Respiratory Society, which took place from 1st to 5th September in the Messe in Wien, Austria. As with the previous year, the congress attracted almost 20,000 participants. The largest temporary room built by ACS had a capacity of 2,500 delegates and was used during the event for different sessions and the opening ceremony.

The annual conference of the European Society of Cardiology brought together over 27,000 health care professionals. In addition to the construction of 24 fully equipped temporary conference halls, ACS provided live webcasts and developed and managed the signage on the walls of the lecture rooms in co-operation with IT partner Eventresult.

On 26 April, ACS organised their annual event for business customers at their warehouse premises in Amsterdam. To demonstrate their expertise in constructing temporary congress rooms, the warehouse was transformed into an intimate theatre for 100 guests. A temporary foyer was also created by ACS for the reception of the event.

During Event12, the exhibition for the Dutch Event industry, ACS partnered with IT partner Eventresult, to present an on-line exhibition studio. Live and on-line applications were demonstrated from the stand. A webcast could be followed in real-time on the ACS website and attracted more than 1,500 viewers.
