Every year in the lead up to World Aids Day, Stichting HIV Monitoring, Aidsfonds, RIVM, NVHB, AIGHD and Amsterdam UMC join forces to co-organize the Netherlands Conference on HIV (NCHIV – more info: www.nchiv.org).
Due to COVID-19, this year the 13th edition of NCHIV took place virtually on 24th & 26th November 2020 with maximum technical support by ACS audiovisual solutions.
The pre-recording of the presentations was done utilising the ACS Speaker Assisted Recording service. This offers a reliable solution for the organisation whereby the presenter can record their presentation from any location with the assistance of a standby technician.
The live and interactive components were broadcasted from a temporary studio in RAI Amsterdam. ACS also facilitated the lively Q&A sessions between the moderators in the studio, speakers from external locations and the participants at home. All content was made available afterwards on an on-demand platform.
