Increasing the congress reach
ACS has been working with the European Association of Urology (eau) for more than 20 years, and travels with them across Europe providing audio-visual solutions for their annual congress. This year we supported their four-day annual congress at the London Excel exhibition and convention centre with AV and streaming solutions in all of the industry rooms.
It is not possible for everyone to attend a congress in person – so, live streaming offers the opportunity for more clinicians and researchers to follow new research, innovations, and discussions in real time. Streaming also creates a reliable record of presentations for later review, supports continuing education, and helps maintain transparency within the professional community, and reach a broader audience.
The challenge
Recording live streams involves technical and organisational challenges that require thorough preparation and planning. Parallel sessions, varied presentation formats, and complex audio-visual setups must be managed seamlessly, while maintaining high-quality audio, video, and streaming stability.
ACS’s highly qualified and dedicated team were able to handle these demands from all of the Industry rooms. Our skilled technicians ensured a smooth coordination, and accurate capture of the content for both live and future use.
41st Annual EAU Congress
This eau congress was the 41st Annual EAU Congress (EAU26). Bringing together leading experts and young urologists to share new research, explore innovations, and learn through plenary sessions, live surgery, and hands-on training.
Support across multiple areas
ACS’s team supported multiple areas across the event and managed the streaming sessions from several of the large stages, helping extend the congress experience to audiences joining remotely and after the congress.
