ACS and ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) have once again organized together the most important annual meeting for oncologists in Europe. The congress took place from 8 to 12 September in the IFEMA Madrid and attracted nearly 24,000 visitors from over 131 countries. In collaboration with the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR), ESMO brings cancer researchers and doctors together to exchange and share ideas. This partnership offers the opportunity to improve the life of cancer patients.

The Challenge
ACS built 13 temporary rooms, three of which had an overflow technology. In addition, there were 3 permanent halls fully equipped with AV. ACS also facilitated a complete press area and members lounge.
