Delighted to work with ESCMID Global again!
ACS was delighted to have the opportunity to work with ESCMID Global again. Demonstrating that we are more than a full service AV company in the congress sector – building 11 temporary sessions rooms in Messe Wien and providing AV throughout the 5-day congress.
The Challenge
At ACS, we believe that every challenge is an opportunity to showcase our ability to deliver outstanding results. We were required to construct multiple fully equipped session rooms, with capacities ranging from 456 up to 2500 attendees. Some of the rooms were constructed using the venue panel walls, and each room needed to convey the look and feel of the congress brand, as well as creating an impressive environment where every speaker could be heard and seen, and all of the attendees felt comfortable.

ESCMID Global is the annual congress for the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. Bringing together leading experts where they can exchange ideas and explore the latest innovations. This 5-day event was packed with keynote lectures, oral sessions, workshops, symposia, meet-the-expert sessions and poster presentations – making it the world’s most eminent event in the field of infection.
