The EHA (European Hematology Association) annual congress took place in Madrid for the first time during its 22th anniversary. EHA, like the ERA-EDTA congress earlier in June, chose the IFEMA congress center as well to receive more than 10,000 participants.

The challenge
ACS has arranged the AV and IT for both the 5 temporary and all the permanent rooms in the conference center. The largest temporary room served as plenary space and accommodated 3,000 people. People could also watch the spectacular opening show here. The halls outside ACS dressed with voile curtains and atmospheric lighting.
With regard to the IT, ACS, in association with Eventresult, delivered the presentation management system, the room information displays and the overflows, allowing fast switching between presentations flawlessly.
