As a preferred supplier of the Amsterdam Rai, we have provided all the audiovisual facilities for EAN 2017. For five days, the Amsterdam Rai was the stage for neurologists from all over the world. About 6000 visitors attended the conference which took place from Friday 23rd to Tuesday 27th of June. One of the highlights was the short visit of our own Queen Maxima.

The challenge
The temporarily large room, in which our queen participated on the front row for about half an hour, was created by us with big trusses and curtains. In the back of the room, our permanent staff of the Rai served the lighting.
In the G-corridor we facilitated two satellite rooms with audiovisual equipment. On the stage an informal setting was created with a lectern on the right for the usual presentations.
