Temporary Rooms

Occasionally, your members may want to go somewhere where the facilities in the form a suitable conference centre are not readily available. If this is the case, then ACS offers the option of building temporary noise-reducing rooms in an exhibition hall or at an alternative venue.

We have the knowledge, resources and experience to design spaces to be both functional and comfortable. In order to achieve the perfect setup, our temporary rooms can of course also be used in conjunction with existing conference centre halls. It goes without saying that we will also take care of the AV and decor so as to create the required mood in the rooms.

Present your conference on a human scale

Delegates can easily find a conference room in an exhibition centre an overwhelming experience due to its sheer size. They may feel small and unimportant. ACS can give you advice on matters such as decor and setting. We can create stylish spaces in which delegates feel comfortable. This is beneficial to their well-being.
