ACS audiovisual solutions advises and facilitates clients in the Netherlands and abroad in the realization of audiovisual presentations for the conference, exhibition and meeting market. To this end, ACS has great expertise, a wide range of (among other things) the most modern video, light, sound and IT equipment. What will you be doing as a work planner:

You ensure the optimal translation between quotation and technically correct production. For this you will consult with your colleague equipment and material planners and with sales, floor managers and colleagues from logistics. There are no unexpected surprises on location, you have already thought about that!

What do you bring:

You have a working and thinking level at MBO+. You are always involved in audiovisual matters and because of this you have a very good knowledge of its applications. Whether they speak to you in English or in Dutch, you understand it all. You have preferably already gained experience in this position, and you know that you always must dot the “i”.

To be able to perform this position you have the following competencies: problem-solving ability, efficient and cost-conscious, planning and organizing skills, careful & accurate, decisive, stress resistant.
