October 24-25, the two-day HR Tech World 2017 conference took place in the RAI Amsterdam. At the end of day 1, the audience was awaiting a big revelation, namely the unveiling of the new conference name: UNLEASH. The UNLEASH shows draw the world’s most influential visionaries, including the likes of Sir Richard Branson. In Amsterdam, Arianna Huffington, who was named by Time Magazine as one of the 100 most powerful and influential women in the world and is also known as founder of the Huffington Post, was the keynote speaker. A central topic was the impact of rapid technological advances on our industries, jobs and processes.

The challenge
ACS had set up the halls 10, 11, 12 and all the rooms adjacent to the E-hall for HR Tech 2017. Hal 10 and 11, where the presentations were held, were fully provided with AV. The same went for the rooms in hall E. In hall 12 where the fair took place, 3 small stages were also equipped with AV.
The screen in hall 11 was specifically designed and purchased for this event.
