The flagship event for ESC

ESC Congress 2023 Amsterdam, is the flagship event for the European Society of Cardiology. This 4-day annual gathering welcomes more than 30,000 attendees from the global cardiology community together with the shared goal of advancing cardiovascular medicine worldwide.

The Challenge

ACS was asked to create new theatre and environment concepts, and delivered new
designs for 4 open theatres ‘The Hubs’: Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Mondrian and
Vermeer. ACS also created special new for the Digital Health stage and ESC TV
area. Both had a massive LED wall, which offered ESC the opportunity to show
videos on a full screen. The Digital Health stage had a moving heart beat on
its side wall see-through LED screen.

Preferred AV and Temporary Room Supplier

ACS has been working with the European Society of Cardiology for many years, as their preferred AV and Temporary Room supplier. At ESC Congress 2023 Amsterdam, ACS supplied AV solutions throughout the congress, and constructed 7 fully equipped Temporary Session Rooms; 4 Hub theatres, the Digital Health stage, the ESC TV area.

ESC unites the cardiology community

The European Society of Cardiology unites national cardiac societies from around the world. This unique network increases an understanding of the impact of cardiovascular disease and how to reduce its burden. The ESC Congress offers the opportunity to connect, gain new perspectives, and create synergies within the global cardiology community.

ACS is more than a supplier for ESC, it is a partner with whom we have worked on many of our congresses, including ESC Congress, flagship event of the company.

EAIE 2023

ACS was de AV leverancier voor het jaarcongres van de European Association of International Education (EAIE) dat van 26 t/m 29 september 2023 plaatsvond in het Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC).

ACS leverde de AV en IT hardware in de vergaderzalen, bemande het Speaker Service Centre en verzorgde het indrukwekkende animatie- en lichtprogramma voor de pleanaire opening.

De EAIE is een door leden geleide organisatie die internationale professionals in het hoger onderwijs ondersteunt met behulp met training en conferenties en door het delen van kennis.

De uitdaging

ACS werd gevraagd om samen met het ontwerpteam van EAIE en Hoorn Studio Producties een animatie- en lichtprogramma te maken voor de plenaire. Het resultaat was prachtig en technisch perfect uitgevoerd.

IIA 2023

Van CONCEPT naar REALISATIE – ACS heeft het creatieve podiumontwerp dat metroConnections maakte voor het jaarlijkse internationale congres van het Instute of Internal Auditors (IIA) mogen uitvoeren. Wij zijn heel trots op het eindresultaat dat nagenoeg een exacte kopie is van het ontwerp.

Het IIA-congres, dat dit jaar werd gehouden van 10 t/m 12 juli 2023 in RAI Amsterdam, is een belangrijk congres in de wereld van interne auditing. Tijdens het 4-daagse congres kwamen professionals uit de hele wereld bijeen voor o.a. presentaties, kennissessies en netwerken.

De UITDAGING

ACS heeft in nauwe samenwerking met metroConnections een indrukwekkende podiumopstelling gerealiseerd met 3x LED schermwand [19×6 meter + 2 zijwanden van 5×7 meter]. Daarnaast tevens ACS alle AV voor de breakout sessies verzorgd.
