EASL Congress 2025 Amsterdam
It was an honour for ACS to support the EASL Congress 2025 again this year. Providing AV solutions throughout the congress, which included the fully equipped plenary session hall, audio headsets for the open presentation stages, and the EASL studio, which broadcasted and recorded LIVE interviews and panel discussions from leading hepatology experts.
The Challenge
We were again, this year, able to demonstrate our exceptional consulting skills and manage our client’s expectations. EASL has three different suppliers for their annual congress, one for webcasting, one for presentation management, and ACS, who offer the best AV congress services. So, our challenge was to ensure that all 3 suppliers have what they need to operate together in a seamless manner.
The EASL Studio
EASL wanted to again have the EASL Studio at their annual congress. Because of ACS’s extensive knowledge of the venue, we were able to create something very impressive in collaboration with a French company who created the décor.
The Home of Hepatology
The EASL Congress 2025 is the annual congress for the European Association for the Study of the Liver. Offering a unique platform for scientific exchange, collaboration, and learning – this congress brings together more than 8,000 international delegates at the RAI Amsterdam.

Delighted to work with ESCMID Global again!
ACS was delighted to have the opportunity to work with ESCMID Global again. Demonstrating that we are more than a full service AV company in the congress sector – building 11 temporary sessions rooms in Messe Wien and providing AV throughout the 5-day congress.
The Challenge
At ACS, we believe that every challenge is an opportunity to showcase our ability to deliver outstanding results. We were required to construct multiple fully equipped session rooms, with capacities ranging from 456 up to 2500 attendees. Some of the rooms were constructed using the venue panel walls, and each room needed to convey the look and feel of the congress brand, as well as creating an impressive environment where every speaker could be heard and seen, and all of the attendees felt comfortable.

Renowned event in the field of infection
ESCMID Global is the annual congress for the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. Bringing together leading experts where they can exchange ideas and explore the latest innovations. This 5-day event was packed with keynote lectures, oral sessions, workshops, symposia, meet-the-expert sessions and poster presentations – making it the world’s most eminent event in the field of infection.
