The 19th annual congress of the European Haematology Association was held in Milan in June 2014. Together with the venue, ACS provided 10 temporary conference rooms and 3 overflow areas for the almost 11,000 congress participants. ACS supplied the stage elements and managed the content for the opening ceremony, with a projection screen of 31×7 meters.

The 2014 Annual Congress of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) took place from August 30th until September 3rd. This year the ESC was organised in Fira de Barcelona and assembled 30,300 cardiovascular professionals together. As the preferred supplier of ESC, ACS provided all of the audio and visual support and temporary meeting rooms, including a spectacular plenary hall, which offered seating for 3,000 delegates. ACS constructed 25 breakout rooms in total to accommodate all 30,300 delegates.

ACS and ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) worked together to present ESMO 2014 (26th – 30th September) which attracted close to 20,000 delegates. ACS constructed 7 temporary rooms, 3 overflow rooms, interactive voting for 1500 pax and integrated AV. ACS also constructed the plenary hall for ESMO 2014 with a capacity for 4,250 pax.

ACS facilitated all AV requirements and a visual frame for a corporate meeting in Hilton Amsterdam.

On May 15th, ACS hosted its annual event for business customers in Amsterdam in the warehouse of its IT partner Eventresult. The warehouse was completely transformed into an intimate congress room. Customers and partners of ACS and Eventresult were invited for an afternoon of entertainment and networking. They were welcomed by a holographic projection of ACS Managing Director, Jessica Ylstra.

ACS provided a total AV package of solutions for a large corporate annual event at the NBC congress centre in Nieuwegein. This was a joint production with Mindsetting Creative. For the first time, ACS provided Holographic Projections, which created spectacular effects.
