ACS audiovisual solutions renewed their contract this week as an AV partner with RAI Amsterdam. The continuation of this partnership reinforces the long-standing cooperation that exists between the two organisations.
The demand for audiovisual products and facilities within the event industry has changed considerably over the years. Technological developments are advancing in quick succession and market expectations are constantly changing. To respond to this, RAI Amsterdam issued a tender to the market, and finally sealed a deal with ACS audiovisual solutions, and Faber to form an arrangement with two permanent audiovisual partners. This partnership will allow the RAI to ensure its AV services are even better aligned with the wishes and needs of its organisers and exhibitors in the future.
“Besides the submission of our trusted partner ACS audiovisual solutions, we looked in detail at the offer and specific features of the other applicants. Based on our assessment, and the wishes and needs from the market, two suppliers allow us to respond even better to the (future) expectations of our guests,” said Bart van der Heijden, Director Events at RAI Amsterdam.
“I am happy to announce that we will continue our long-standing partnership with ACS audiovisual solutions. Faber, an international partner in audiovisual services has already been involved in several events at the RAI in recent years. This cooperation between the RAI, ACS and Faber focuses on realising added value throughout the event and creating experiences for both RAI Amsterdam, our organisers, RAI’s own public and trade events and exhibitors,” says van der Heijden.
Jessica Ylstra, Managing Director ACS audiovisual solutions comments: “I am very proud that ACS has grown along with the new developments and has been able to convincingly place this in the limelight at RAI Amsterdam. Years of experience have given ACS a solid position within the national and international conference and meeting industry. In particular, our expertise in the field of temporary room construction for large conferences is unique in Europe. These are aspects that have great added value not only for our international customers, but also for the RAI.”
