A simple and professional solution for your speakers

Speaker Assisted Recording ensures a better recording quality than other meeting tools such as Zoom, Teams and Webex. It is compatible with most commonly used web browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari. We provide a safe and user-friendly virtual environment, where one of our technicians helps the speaker record their presentation.

Our technician checks the speaker’s video and audio connection and if needed we can make sure in advance whether their computer or laptop meets the specified requirements. The speaker can record their presentation from any location, as long as there is an internet connection available. Afterwards, we take care of editing and in case of a mistake we can amend the recording.  Our recording system allows uniformity by means of branded template in which the presentations are recorded. 

Webinar/On demand

The speaker can choose a time slot that best suits their schedule via the ACS online booking tool. The technician is on standby to assist with any technical issues during the recording. When finished, the presentation is saved on our server and the speaker can send it in advance via a secure upload link provided by ACS.

Benefits for the speaker

We provide the speaker with a leaflet with tips and pointers to help them prepare their presentation. Our technician enters the virtual environment at the same time as the speaker does and will guide and assist the speaker throughout the whole recording, ensuring the quality of the recording and making the speaker feel at ease.  

Benefits for the organiser

You can upload the recorded presentations directly to the platform used for the event and they may be stored in an ACS library for the agreed period of time. It will be possible for you to edit the recordings. As the presentations are already recorded, you do not need a live connection to show them during the conference.
